When you place your online order to us, it represents your consent to our terms and conditions.
First check with "Custom Office" of your shipping country for import permission of our product as well as restrictions, duties and taxes due you for your order. Please do not order item that is either prohibited or illegal to import into that country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
You, the customer, are responsible for regulations related to custom, tariff, and other issues on international shipments. Tsang Nutrition is NOT responsible for any losses or added fees incurred by such regulations.
We are not responsible to refund you if our shipment is rejected, seized or damaged by the custom office or local authorities of your shipping country. We are not responsible to refund you if you refuse our shipment on arrival. We are not responsible to refund you if you do not pick up our shipment package at your custom. We are not responsible to reship or refund any product that is lost or damaged beyond our control. We are not responsible to reship or refund if you gave us an inaccurate shipping address such as typo.
All return must be pre-authorized.Next, place your order online by clicking the "Add to Cart" link next to the product item that you want to buy and enter your info onto the screen. We accept Master card and Visa Card. Our 24 hours a day secure server is the fastest and safest way to process your order with your credit card.

If you want to know the additional fee before shipping, please type into the special instruction area of the on line order form. We will then e-mail you the additional s/h fee amount for your consent before shipping. Please make sure that you give us an accurate e-mail address for verification of your order. Please check your e-mail twice a day for our correspondence after placing your order to ensure faster delivery. We do not place international telephone calls!
After positive verification of your billing information, your order will be shipped to you during US Postal Service (USPS) business hours.

(1) USPS Standard Service - Slowest
USPS Standard flat S/H Fee
$3.95 no matter how heavy your order weighsWe are in Massachusetts (Border of Connecticut).
We usually ship out from the closest Connecticut post office.Order package Under 12 oz will be shipped by USPS First class mail. Depending on your address, generally it will be delivered within 5-10 days. Occasionally, you may encounter delay by USPS especially addresses in mid-Western or western states.
Package over 12 oz will be shipped by USPS Parcel Post. This will take longer. About 10 days to over 2 weeks (depending on your location) and 3 weeks to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
For those who live in the mid western and western states, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, we recommend that you select USPS priority mail for much faster delivery (usually 3 business day).
(2) USPS Priority flat S/H Fee
$6.95 no matter how heavy your order weighsUsually arrives in 3 business days
(3) USPS Express S/H Fee
starting at $39 up to 1lb of the weight of order package. Additional S/H fee will be charged separately on your credit card for package over 1 lb. Shipment arrives overnight to most areas in US. Some areas will arrive 2nd day.Please be aware that your signature is required on express mail delivery. If you do not sign for it and our package is returned back to us, we are not responsible to reship your order. If the return product is in good condition, we will refund the product cost plus 10% restocking fee. Shipping & handling fee is not refundable.

You must contact us immediately on the day of delivery if you see any problem with the shipment. USPS and the product manufacturer insist on our immediate report for damage per their insurance policy. If you contact us few days after the delivery, we are not responsible to reship or refund because the problem arise days after delivery and not during shipping.
We are not responsible to reship or refund if you gave us an inaccurate shipping address.
Same day shipping is guaranteed for Order received before 2pm EST Monday - Friday for in stock items and after positive verification of your credit card billing information. Our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Any order received after 2pm Friday and on the weekends and holidays will be processed next business day.
Back orders are usually shipped within 4 - 5 business day.
