We do guarantee our nutritional product for quality, freshness and labeled potency. We offer 30 days guarantee for all items on our site except certain products which are subjected to approval from the manufacturer.

For International customers:
No Refund will be given on confiscated or stolen products. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country before placing your order. Please read our shipping policy for further detail. We will not be responsible to refund you if you or the recipient on your shipping address refuse our shipment on arrival. . We will not be responsible to refund you if you gave us an inaccurate shipping address such as typo. All return must be pre-authorized as stated in our general return policy.Return Policy
If the returning product is unopened and in original resellable condition within 30 days from the date of original purchase, Please contact us for return instruction and authorization number.
Feed back is very important for us to make improvement
No return will be allowed for bulk order.
If approved, We will give you a return authorization number (RA#). Then you can return the product with original invoice within 30 days of your purchase for a refund (amount equal to the purchase price minus shipping and handling fee). You are responsible to pay the return postage.
Shipping and handling fee is NOT refundable and all returned items are subject to 10% restocking fee. That is 10% of the sale price of each return item.
Original invoice must accompany the return.
Return authorization number must be written on the front of the return package or it will be refused and returned to sender who is responsible for any and all incurred charges.We are not responsible to refund any unauthorized return.
