Direction
Apply 1/4 teaspoon daily (Or 1/8 teaspoon twice a day) to the skin over perineum area, between the legs and behind the scrotum. No need to be off 1 week per month (per Dr. John R Lee). Each 1/4 teaspoon of cream contains 8.25 milligrams of progesterone.
