you must read Shipping Info and Return Info and accept our terms and policy before you place your online order. When you place your online order to us, it represents your consent to our terms and policy. We ship internationally only to the credit card holder. We do not ship to other party.

For domestic shipping - Please be advised that additional s/h fee will be charged on your credit card/debit card for package weight over 2 pound on Express shipping.
Flat $3.95 for Standard shipping and $5.95 for Priority mail no matter how heavy your order weighs
Military address (APO etc) ship by priority mail only, No standard or express mail

Place your order online from our secure server 24 hours a day 7 days a week with your credit card/debit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express Card.Click "Add to cart" link next to the item of your choice. (Credit card - shopping cart system)
When you visit our website, you'll be able to buy with your credit card and add items to a virtual shopping cart for purchase at a later time -- your shopping cart will remain intact as long as your Web browser is running. When you are finished shopping, it's time to "Check Out." At the checkout, you can adjust your order and enter your billing information. After receiving your order, we will process and ship your order during business hours (Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm. Closed on holidays and weekends). Order received during non-business hours will be processed and shipped next business day.
Your order must be received before 2pm EST Monday to Friday for guaranteed same day shipment for items in stock and after positive verification of your billing info. Our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Any order received after 2pm Friday and on the weekends and holidays will be processed next business day.
E-mail will be sent to you confirming your order & shipping. Back orders usually are shipped within 4 - 5 business day.
We are not responsible to reship or refund if you gave us an inaccurate shipping address.

you may print and mail in the Order form with US Post Office money order. We need to know your full name, shipping address, telephone #, e-mail address (for verification and delivery confirmation only). Please make your US Post Office money order payable to "Hing Hau Tsang" and mail to " Tsang Nutrition, 3 Raymond St, Dudley MA 01571"We are not responsible to reship or refund if you gave us an inaccurate shipping address.
