STEP 1: DRINK SIX TO TEN GLASSES OF CLEAN WATER DAILY

Unless medically contraindicated, you should drink six to 10 glasses of clean water (Filtered or bottle water)daily. It will reduce constipation, cholesterol level & kidney stone.

STEP 2: EAT WHOLE FOODS. AVOID PROCESSED & REFINE FOOD

Heart disease, diabetes & cancer rise with the consumption of refine foods that have all the nutrients stripped out of them and harmful preservatives and additives put in.

Go for the Whole Grains and Legumes

wheat, corn, millet, barley, oats, quinoa, amaranth, rice, oatmeal, whole-grain cereal or bread.

Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

Healthy Oils

Avoid hydrogenated oils and margarine. Use Olive oil for cooking.

STEP 3: EXERCISE DAILY

Exercise helps prevent arthritis, osteoporosis, back pain, stroke, heart diseases & diabetes. It decreases BP, Cholesterol, Body fat and cancer. It improves balance, muscular strength, circulation, reflexes, energy, immune system & sex life. Unless medically contraindicated, brisk walking at least three days a week for 30 minutes.

Eat Complex Carbohydrates

whole grains, brown rice and legumes.

Cut the Fat

Reduce the fat in your diet to 20 percent of your total calories

Double the Fiber

30 to 35 grams, or I oz. of fiber every day.

Eat Low-Fat Proteins and Soy

Eat fish, chicken, turkey and Soy products. Soy contains substances that can protect you against breast and prostate cancer.
