We've added higher amounts of vitamin D as higher doses of Vitamin D has been recommended recently by medical professionals. It contains a total of 400 IU vitamin D in six tablets.
Contains no Iron because excess Iron cause heart disease and Iron overloading disease such as hemochromatosis. For those with Iron deficiency anemia, they should supplement with high dose of elementary iron (Iron contained in all multivitamin is simply too low to treat Iron deficiency)
